TRUE FRIENDS

I believe in miracles and dreams that will come true.
I believe in tender moments and friendship, through and through.

I believe in stardust and moonbeams all aglow.
I believe there's magic and more there than we know.

I believe in reaching out and touching from the heart.
I believe that if we touch, a gift we can impart.

I believe that if you cry, your tears are not in vain.
And when you're sad and lonely, others will know your pain.
I believe that when we laugh a sparkle starts to shine.

And I just know that spark will spread
from more hearts than just mine.

I believe that hidden in the quiet of the night,
There's magic moths and gypsies, a fairy and a sprite.

I believe that if you dance the dances of your heart,
that greater happiness will find a brand new way to start.

I believe the gifts you have, are there for you to share.
And when you give from the heart, the whole world knows you care.

I believe that if you give, even just to one,
that gift will grow in magnitude, before the day is done.

I believe that comfort comes from giving part of me,
and if I share with others, there's more for all to see.

I believe that love is still the greatest gift of all,
and when it's given from the heart, then not one of us will fall.

I ASKED
I asked for a Home.
Given the earth.

I asked for food.
Given a garden.

I asked for water.
Given rain, and river.

I asked for wealth
Given good health

I asked for a friend,
I was sent "YOU."

MIRACLE

Life is a miracle, don't let it slip away.
Open your heart to others; give of yourself each day.

See the beauty in everyone regardless of where their from.
Some have a difficult journey and really need someone

Share your gifts and talents; listen with your heart.
This may be the miracle, to heal anothers heart.

Pick a bouquet of flowers; show someone that you care,
Be gracious and forgiving; life is never fair.

Hold on to your courage, you may need it down the road.
We all have a cross to bear; it could be a heavy load.

If you practice all these things, no matter where you roam,
You may find both sun and rain, but you'll never feel alone.
FRIEND
Our friends are reflections of ourselves. To have a friend, We must be one.
HELP
Everyone has friends
They may not realize.

All they need to do
Is open up their eyes.

Many sit in silence
Wondering, who cares?

Take a look around.
If you really dare.

A real friend walks in,
When the rest of the world walks out.

Be a friend today.
And have more than you
can count.

BE AN ANGEL TODAY

HOMELESS

The homeless are human too, and not to be discarded.
They need a sign of love, for most are brokenhearted.

Many have no families. Some, you will never see.,
All they need is a helping hand, to get back on there feet.

We must always remember, they have feelings too.
What would you do, if you were in there shoes?

Give the benefit of doubt, To those who are without.
You'll never know when, you may need a friend.

You may say "It will never happen to me!"
Well, " Life has no guarantee."

A friend in need. Is a friend indeed.
For only by the creators grace, there go you and me..

Due to all the deception, in our world today.
I do not think it wise, to take them home to stay.

Until there situation, is somehow corrected.
A desperate person, sometimes does the unexpected.

Please help the homeless in some
safe way.
You will give and receive blessings on that day.

ONE PERSONS TRASH IS ANOTHER PERSONS TREASURE
To be homeless is to live in constant fear.
Volunteer your time to work at food banks, shelters, or soup kitchens. This is a good, safe way to find a person or family. ( Investigate the circumstances ) and help personally.
1. Those who have a business could offer used clothing, meals, and employment.
2. Apartment owners could give housing in exchange for cleaning or maintenance work etc.
3. Contact motels, negotiate employment for the homeless in exchange for a room.
4. Contact a public organization, or your church. Offer to help just one family.
5. Save your used clothing, household items, and toys etc. Give them to a family in need.
6. Get your friends involved. Collect food for a food shelter etc.
7. Start a (Savior Drive) for the homeless. Collect hygiene items, first aid items, and clothing.
8. Contact Stores, for donations of shoes, and coats. This is tax deductible for them.
9. Contact Restaurants  for meals, or there daily leftovers. Pick up and deliver there donations to soup kitchens. Inquire about hiring the homeless.
10. Contact beauty and barber shops for periodic donated service. Proper grooming is necessary, to obtain and keep employment. This is an obstacle to the homeless.
Time and knowledge are valuable. There is more needed than money.
