PETERSON CASE
& DRUGS

Posted: 09-01-03
EXCERPTS FROM
National Drug Intelligence Center Threat Assessment January 2001 A Must Read!

High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), counties south and east of the San Francisco Bay Area have become a major hub for the production and distribution
of methamphetamine. Drug trafficking groups operating in California supply much of
the methamphetamine used in the United States.

Authorities in Modesto report that they have seized five Nazi-method laboratories
in the past year, and that the theft of anhydrous ammonia, integral to the Nazi method,
is rising. Methamphetamine creates environmental hazards with enormous cleanup costs.
"Scott is (was) in the fertilizer business"
"The meth cookers have to go to the black market to get the fertilizer compound, anhydrous ammonia. It is the only ingredient in the drug that can't be bought over
the counter at a local pharmacy."

Many independent producers make smaller quantities--a pound or less per cook--in "stovetop" laboratories that can be set up almost anywhere: at home, in motel rooms,
and in vans. They often make methamphetamine for their own use as well as for sale.
.Law enforcement reports the involvement of "skinhead wannabes" cutting and selling small quantities of methamphetamine. These white, independent dealers are making an increasing number of street-level methamphetamine sales in Modesto.
Why was the van parked in front of Scott and Laci`s house that fatal morning"?

Small laboratories are often located in urban areas, while the superlabs generally are located in isolated, rural settings. Recent events indicate this trend may be changing. For example, Modesto authorities report that in 1999 they seized almost 70 laboratories,
at least 7 of which were high-capacity laboratories located in residential areas. The capacity of these 7 laboratories far outstrips the combined capacity of the others seized.
Neighbors were curious as to why the van was in their residential area.

In 1998, BNE task forces seized and dismantled 1,006 clandestine laboratories, 60 more than in the previous year. Of these, 831 were methamphetamine and 166 were extraction laboratories; the remaining 9 laboratories produced hallucinogens, GHB, amphetamine.
Many small-scale operators obtain production information over the Internet.
"Is this the reason GHB was on a computer law enforcement confiscated?"

Production of 1 pound of methamphetamine yields approximately 5 pounds of waste chemicals such as lye, red phosphorus, hydriodic acid, and iodine that contaminate
land, streams, and rivers.
"The Bulb" was a landfill and dumpsite". Does the art hide something?
"Was, or is the barbaric art at "The Bulb" a product of hallucinogens."

Often the value of the contaminated property is less than the cleanup cost and owners simply walk away from their investments. In FY1999, the California Department of
Toxic Substances Control budgeted $8 million for contractors to clean up
clandestine laboratories and dumpsites.
" The Bulb!! For years was a landfill. The dump closed, and the land evolved into an encampment for homeless people, immigrants, before becoming part of
a plan for a waterfront park.
A 50-year-old general contractor and others (Sniff) have painted there for 5 years.

Wholesale quantities of ice are sold out of residences such as apartments or small houses in the San Francisco area. Bulk quantities of ice the size and shape of softballs are often wrapped in duct tape.
"Was the duct tape on Laci and Connor, a mistake or message to Scott?"

Mexican groups also exploit the many undocumented aliens in California to distribute methamphetamine at the retail level. It
is not uncommon for leaders
to terrorize and even murder workers and their family members. Such violence
is intended to quell (stop) both product thefts and cooperation with law enforcement.
According to Cult expert, Maury Terry, The real motivation of cult leaders is drugs and drug distribution. "In some cases cults are merely a by-product.
Is fear of this, the reason Scott had such arrogant behavior toward LE?
Maybe he thought that if he proved, he could keep his mouth shut,
and went on with life, Laci would be returned.
Scott traveled to Mexico often on business.
He went to Mexico for work, while the rest of the world is searching for Laci?
Did a deal explode, when wiretaps were put on his phone?
Did they think he was talking, or working with (DEA & FBI)?

NBC 4 NEWS. Mexican border town, More than 300 women have been murdered. The FBI says the killers are wealthy and well-connected. the most likely scenario is that the serial killers -- and they're confident there's more than one -- are really hit men for the Mexican mafia
The Atlanta Journal A woman is abducted, raped, killed and buried -- in shallow desert graves, in rail yards or at construction sites.
Remember "The Bulb"
. What would they do if they were threatened.

Fox News Statements

A witness says he saw a verbal altercation on the morning of December 24 between two men and a woman fitting Laci's description -- wearing what Scott says she was wearing that day -- and accompanied by a dog.
Dec. 24 Diane saw three Hispanic or Asian men standing near a tan van parked in front of 516 Covena Ave That trio reportedly turned toward Diane Jackson with malevolent looks as she drove by. She reportedly recalled little else beyond perceiving a threat from the three men.

Wiretapped phone conversations Amber ask "Did you have anything to do with your wife's disappearance?" Scott reportedly fumbled and said, "Ah, ah ... (Pause) No. But I know who did it .
Notice the word ( Disappearance ) and ( I know who did ).
Was Laci kidnapped ? What did they want from Scott?

Speculation…..

Scott was not street wise, and became involved in a world he did not understand.
Please keep an open mind. There really is a possibility that someone else did this murder. Remember, everyone has said they were a perfect couple, no abuse, only financial problems. However, Friends speak of great parties at thier home.
I agree, Scott is an arrogant person. He may also be a sex addict. He has made some very bad decisions. He expresses the
traits (sex) of a bipolar personality. (Childish, impulsive, Irresponsible with money.) Scott is Partially responsible for what happened to Laci, because of his behavior, associates, and habits. S.Profile
However please remember Scott worked two jobs to pay both he and Laci`s way through school. ( Laci loved Scott,) Laci felt Scott needed her, she nurtured him and was not the type of person that someone could pull the wool over. Give her credit for some brains. After all she was a school teacher.
Modesto was Laci`s home town. She grew up there. She new the town and people better than Scott did. She knew too much. Read F.Y.I.
Profile Laci had a temper, When she found out what was going on. It was not Scott she threatened. It was (The other). They must be stopped. Read updates

What would he do to solve these problems?
Previous separation due to financial problems. Business not doing well. Financial problems again. A baby boy due. Scott was desperate. He could not lose Laci and his son, Laci was Scott`s stability, she was everything.

Was this the solution?

Constant offers to make big money.
Scott's computer contained a number of files that included the charts/tidal patterns of the areas near Brooks Island. Info about GHB
Borrowed or front money, Club membership for contacts. Boat for delivery, P.O.Box for payment. Secret bank account, Who offered Scott (BIG MONEY)?
In too deep. Unable to comply.

" You don't need undercover detectives in a homicide investigation.

``You use undercover investigators in a narcotics investigation."

Stanislaus District Attorney, Jim Brazelton may have tipped his hand when
he opposed live television coverage in the courtroom during evidence hearings
scheduled for September in Scott Peterson's case.
I
n court papers, Brazelton said, "Cameras in the court might expose
the identities of undercover investigators."

DEA Investigator Jacobson was brought in the case offically the 1st week of Jan.
. that is barely a week since Laci first disappeared ..There is no way all avenues of investigation had been used by that point. Jacobson has been with the DEA for eleven years and with the MPD for some years before that. In eleven years he has only done 6 or 8 wiretaps and being with the DEA I would guess that would have involved drug busts not cases of Missing Women. Doesn't it seem by these actions that there was more to the story than meets the eye?

Court Doc .. it states that the Court had previously considered a Search Warrant application from a Detective at the Modesto Police Dept. who has
been investigating
a possible criminal offense. After considering the information submitted under oath by the Detective, the Court issued a Warrant. The Court also considered the Detective's request that the application, warrant & return be sealed as well as the factual basis for that request. After finding good cause, the Courts sealed the documents.

Amber Frey
The state's star witness in the Scott Peterson murder case. Amber Frey, has moved to a new home where she can be kept under round-the clock surveillance. Before moving, the massage therapist told police she was being followed.
"She said she feared for her safety,
"
What or who does she know, that she is not telling? What else is involved?
The introduction to Scott was arranged, by Amber`s friend, who worked at the same company office, as Scott. (and she did not know he was married!!) Really!

MODESTO, Calif. — The Scott Peterson preliminary hearing has been delayed almost six weeks until Oct. 20 to give the defense more time to review evidence

PETERSON CASE
& CULT
SANTERIA
:
CULT / OR / RELIGION
only part of GERAGOS DEFENSE
According to Cult expert, Maury Terry,
The real motivation
of cult leaders is drugs and drug distribution.
"Cults in some cases are merely a by-product.

Santeria:
A synchretistic religion, blending elements of Animism, Roman Catholicism, voodoo, and/or traditional African polytheistic religions.
Many South American cultures practice a religion called Santeria. Most followers of Santeria are of Caribbean and Latin American descent, whites and African Americans are exploring the religion.
Of the many religions in the Caribbean to make direct reference to African culture, Cuban Santeria is perhaps the most significant. Many aspects of Yoruba rites feature in this religion, which is a syncretic mix of Catholicism and
Yoruba. Deities and holy figures from each are identified with one another, integrating the two religious traditions. Thus, for example, the Shango god of thunder become St Barbara; Orunmila, of divination, become St. Francis; Obatala is Our Lady of Mercy; Elegba is St Peter. The life and power of the gods reside in stones secured beneath the altar. Animal sacrifice and spirit-possession are also elements of Santeria.

Although many practitioners consider themselves Roman Catholic, Santeria is not recognized as a religion by the Catholic Church. The Vatican warns the faithful against all forms of "divination," which is defined broadly and includes many of the rites inherent to Santeria.

CONSIDER ** THE BULB ART.**

Santeria is also controversial because of its use of animals for sacrifices. Practitioners gained significant protection from the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled in 1993 that such rituals are protected by the Constitution.
