A complaint filed by the district attorney's office contends that Bernstein misrepresented himself between June 24 and July 9 to get information from Samuel Newnam, Carmen Soria, Evelyn Taberna and Sarah Taberna, and booking photos from the Sheriff's Department.

Why have we "the public" not been updated as to what is happening with Perry Monroe? Nor has there been any reports about the search warrant results that were conducted of his home in Alameda, California.
